Returns:

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, with the original packaging intact.
  • Certain items such as perishable goods, custom-made products, or personalized items may not be eligible for return.

Exchange:

  • If you need to exchange a product for a different size or color, please contact us at help@sharlo.com within 30 days of receiving the item.
  • Exchanges are only applicable to items in stock. In the event your preferred size or color is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and the amount will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.

Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
